Payment rules

We ship equipment after full prepayment only.  

We accept all types of Credite Card via PayPal and T/T.

Payment via T/T

If you choose payment mode T/T you will not be additional charged.  

Payment via PayPal:

(1)Mass Payment
If  your PayPal account is  Premier or Business account and have balance,you can make mass payment. Note: No accept credit card,echeck    
Please pay “MASS Payment” according to word file-“Mass payment”. 

(2)Normal send money
If you use “normal send money” you will be charged additional paypal handle fee 4%


After getting payment the goods will be shipped immediately via carrier has chosen by you.  
You can follow execution of your order via your personal account on Discovery Telecom.
You should login in with login and password that you have got with registration.

Please provide us the number of your order if you address to Discovery Telecom.
